Jeanette joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2007, having practised in a top-tier firm and for a decade advising multi-national companies in-house. She advises on a wide range of legal issues in the commercial context, often with an IP focus, and is known for her practical and strategic approach to commercial drafting, negotiation and dispute management. Her roles in-house lent hands-on expertise in consumer protection, marketing and product regulation. Jeanette also has an established employment law practice and advises on all aspects of the employment cycle.
