Jackson is a Special Counsel working in the commercial and copyright teams. He has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including advising on, negotiating and drafting agreements in the areas of intellectual property, information technology, consumer products, logistics and privacy. Jackson also has experience advising clients in the music, publishing and screen industries on a broad range of legal issues related to development, production, distribution and dispute resolution, and has been involved in key copyright litigation in the Federal Court of Australia.
