David joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2018. He is a Senior Associate working in the firm’s busy media and defamation practice. He has experience litigating in the Federal Court, as well as in a number of superior State courts, and has defended media clients and journalists in complex defamation cases.

Before joining Banki Haddock Fiora, David was part of the commercial disputes team at an international law firm and worked as a researcher for a barrister with a broad common law practice.
