Daren joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2013 after 17 years as a partner and head of the corporate group of a leading firm. Daren is highly regarded for his expertise in complex corporate advisory, turnaround restructuring and financing matters. He is a specialist in legal issues relating to major acquisitions, emerging technologies, agribusiness, manufacturing and the telecommunications and tertiary education sectors.

Daren is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
