Dougal is a Senior Associate in the Defamation and Media teams. Dougal has previously acted for media companies in prominent defamation litigation and provided pre-publication and corporate risk advice (covering defamation, contempt of court, suppression, privilege, intellectual property, trade practices, and confidential information). He also holds interests in other areas such as financial crime, consumer law, and sports law including regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.
